Excellent service and communications throughout Brilliant advice given at all stages My file handler Jordan Bear was always very professional, courteous and polite My only negative is a tiny one and tha is that payments could be chased up, whilst I understand that the payments are made by the other party, I believe thus could be chased rather than wait 4 to 6 weeks but this isn't down to Fletchers 100%

Thanks to Fletchers, after a traumatic experience I was able to concentrate on getting myself well again whilst they took everything out of my hands and brought my compensation claim to a satisfactory conclusion.
