Flint Bishop contacted our company about a debt with British Gas, whom we have never had an account with. We provided evidence of our ongoing complaint to British Gas and evidence that their invoice was for a different address. We tried to call Flint Bishop, who told us to “just email”. Ksenija, the advisor, refused to handle the call, put us through to anyone senior, and said she would have to terminate the call as we were unable to wait on hold. Sonya then took over the call after we had been on hold for 10 minutes, and explained that we would need to be put through to British Gas to make a complaint, as they assumed everything they received on the file was correct. So, essentially, we have spent a significant amount of time trying to correct poor admin and customer service, followed by a collections agency which does not perform any due diligence.

Truly outstanding service and professionalism from start to finish. Myself and a letting agent have been chasing Beverley Beale for payment of a small invoice since December last year. She just ignores calls, messages and emails. Be aware before dealing with this person.

I have been erroneously receiving debt letters from this company. After returning the letters & making multiple calls telling them I'm the wrong contact, and even telling them the address of the company they're trying to contact, the matter is not resolved. If you're looking for a solicitor who's able to do things like send a letter to the correct address, I suggest looking elsewhere. I see from other reviews that I'm not the first to experience this.
