Cant express how are family was treated by your slow and un helpfull ,rude employers and excuses after excuses that caused us stress that i wouldn't want any one to go through .My dads probate and the selling of his house took 22 months to complete and my dads estate was jut a normal 3 bed house mum and dad worked for and left if any thing happens to them to sort out .the 1st solicitor we had was the most rude un helpfull gave us no information about refunding moneys back your accounts could nevet get hold of her ie full office traning days l.ong sickness long anual leave working from home with a client any excuses. That went on for12 months .Then the house was ready to sell she instructed the esate agents to go and take picture's for it going up for sale did not tell the family about this i went to check on the property that day such a fright as i saw the blinds move and when going to the back door there was a member of staff from the esate agents taking pictures thought we where be burgled. Then the for sale board went up once again nobody knew untill we checked on the house. Then the for sale AND DIDN'T GO LIVE FOR 5 WEEK Sdidnt get sighned off hence didn't go live for 5 weeks on the internet selling sites because the solicitor didn't sighn it off.in my eyes we lost 5 weeks of viewings and had to take a hit of loseing potential offers from more viewing .we lost aprox £19,000 .i do think we could of got more if the house was signed of at the beginning of the 5 weeks when the borad went up and picture'sshould on gone live at that time .So that solicitor left and left a mess for someone to pick up and sort out.so i do believe what work that the old solister had supposedly done the new solister had to re do months and months and small amounts of money in bibs and drabs but the soliters keeping money in there accounts and when my dad did finally sell it took over a month to give us the proceeds for the property. Then held money back once again waited for DWP and social payments and utility bills .witch where all paid up and where all in over payment that took 3 months to sort outwith a payment for approx £54 .so it took a further 2 phone calls to push them to finally making payment and finishing the horrendous stressfull and the possibility of loseing money on the house as it didn't go live.please read and take on borad what happened to us and think twice before using .

We had the pleasure of dealing with Mohassan to work with our commercial lease contract for a new premises. After dealing with another solicitor firm which was as productive as having a discussion with a brick wall we approached Forbes and what a difference! Don't waste your time, these guys are the business and Mohassan is the man!

I have engaged them to sell my property. I can't give a fuller review as it's early days.

Save yourself from disappointment. Use a solicitors that are good, not these. Total waste of money and time.
