I strongly advise against using Forward & Yussuf Solicitors. My sister paid for legal services, but the case was never commenced because the person it concerned sadly passed away just a few days after payment. Despite this, the firm has not refunded the money, even though they promised a refund within 28 days. It has now been several months. She has contacted them repeatedly via email, but has received no response at all. This kind of silence and neglect is completely unacceptable — especially when it comes to money that should rightfully be returned. Choose a law firm that answers emails, keeps its promises, and treats people with respect. Do not use this firm. Even when she attempted to reach the owner directly, she never received her money back.

I went here for advice on getting a spousal visa for my husband to join me here I was taken into the most tiniest room by Mr mohamed And he printed of sheets from Google and charged me £100 I said I would pay by card but he said no cash would be better. Absolutely terrible service and unprofessional along with taking money for nothing

⚠️ Warning ⚠️ I had a terrible experience with Yusuf at forward & Yusuf. I hired him for my pre-settled status immigration case, and the entire process was a disaster. Yusuf was almost never in his office, and he was almost impossible to reach, no matter how urgently. When it finally came time for my court hearing, Yusuf didn’t even bother to show up. Instead, he sent a different solicitor who had only skimmed my case five minutes before court started! I have never in my life met a person so unproffesional. Worse still, Yusuf failed to inform me of critical notices and deadlines from the Home Office, leading to missed appeal deadlines . His negligence almost ruined my case. I could write a book of all the negligence and Incompetence Ihad to dealt with with this solicitors office. Thankfully, I went to another solicitors office that made a succesful appeal. If I could give a 0 star i would but i guess 1 star will suffice just for the life advice to never trust everything you hear from a solicitor..

SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!! They will take your money, wont do the work at all. You’ll chase them around for months, the receptionist will tell you Yussuf will call you back and he never does. They never answer emails either. I paid him for work in January 2021. It took him until September 2021 to finally file the paperwork for the Visa Application after me threatening to complain against him. It is now March 2022 and it took for me to chase him down, for him to forward an email response that he received in February to say the paperwork was incomplete. Whatever you do, DO NOT give this man any money or business. DO NOT believe the fake “good” reviews. Theyve been fabricated by his team to override the bad reviews. You are better off going somewhere else. I dont know how he keeps his business afloat when every single person I have ever seen waiting at his office has the same issues with his professionalism. He cant keep appointments. He shows up hours later as if his time is the only time that matters. He WILL waste your time, and you WILL end up having to find another solicitor. He doesnt even deserve the 1 star.

These solicitors are negligent. Do not trust them with anything. The owner mislaid paperwork, did not respond to the other party, did not respond to court deadlines, never in the office, cant get through via phone. You literally have no chance of anything succeeding. Probably the most disorganised so-called professional i have dealt with. I am trying to save you money and headache. So take my words seriously. I am taking action via the SRA to get him struck off as our experience was soo bad. If he is already dealing with your case call the courts directly for updates his firm wont. Change solicitor.
