Popped in to the office in person to request advice and signed signed relevant forms. I submitted the charge paperwork by email, as requested, and followed up several times to ask for advice and whether I'd be represented at court. Absolutely no response. I would urge to avoid this firm and approach another.

Velma was fantastic. She helped me get my driving ban squashed and reduced my original fine by £700. The court disqualified me from driving for having 12 points. I panicked and contacted Velma, she got the court to reopen my case and a new hearing within a week. She persuaded the court to only give me the original 3 points for speeding (instead of 6 for not identifying the driver) and give me my license back. She also gave me £250 back because she didn’t have to argue my defence as much as she was expecting. Absolutely fantastic, I can’t recommend her enough, especially if you have driving offences your worried about.
