We came to Emily Walker because myself and my partner are first buyers and my partner is on a graduate scheme, so we worried the mortgage wouldn’t be straight forward, due to his contract. She made the experience extremely simple and took so much stress out of the process. She talked us through everything, which was so important to us as first time buyers. But alongside that found us a really good deal which we could not have found ourselves. She was always on hand to answer our questions and responded really quickly to all queries we had, even just little things about the buy process in general which may not have been mortgage related. She was also extremely friendly which made a process that could be stressful the complete opposite. She was also able to answer lots of small questions on our behalf so we weren’t having to be back and forth between all the relevant parties. I would really recommend her to anyone I knew who was buying, the money saved and the simplification of the process was amazing.

We were keen to get a quick turn around in getting to a mortgage offer, we were able to give fairly detailed requirements, and I have to say we were not disappointed - initial interview to identifying candidate products to offer in 6 days including a weekend - thanks Emily.

Four Oaks do everything you'd expect fabulously... But the thing that really (really) sets them apart is their ability to explain and talk in a way I can understand... their relatable manner, patience and use of normal language / descriptive visuals to explain things made them our choice for pensions... and I'm not on plan to be able to afford a place to live (as well as food) when I get even more old and decrepit! hehe. Really would recommend them whole heartedly.
