Overall, I had a positive experience with the Fragomen team who helped with my skilled worker visa application (including my dependants). Lilith and Mehria were friendly, professional, and great at keeping me updated throughout the various stages. I also appreciated their detailed email instructions. A few improvements I would recommend are: - Update the Fragomen Connect questionnaire to include all details in order to make the application capture smoother. There were many questions I had to provide answers to over email after completing the questionnaire. This led to a bit of back and forth due to some minor mistakes regarding travel dates. If these can be captured by the applicant themselves during the questionnaire stage, it would greatly mitigate errors - The Fragomen Connect document viewer has irrelevant information on the right hand side when viewing documents. This can be really confusing for applicants new to this system. It also makes it appear like an incomplete feature of the system I was also impressed that I got my visa approval in less than 24hrs after capturing biometrics! On priority I expected this to be around 5 days but was pleasantly surprised at how quick it took!
