Ah, what can I say! I had a taste of what sustained, consistent and excellent customer experience would be like working with Folks at Fragomen. Ever since day 1 of Visa processing for me and my family, my case handler Mehria Raheen has been very prompt with her responses, clarifying all my doubts, patiently making changes to our application whenever required, which we did quite a few times. Whenever Mehria is Out of Office, Lily Brown would fill in, and maintained the same promptness in responses and patience in entertaining our requests. At my request, both Mehria and Lily agreed to join Teams meeting and cleared all my queries. Their process is very transparent and they made sure that everything was clearly explained so there is no ambiguity with the required documents. Our visa appointment was scheduled as per my request, and the VISAs came in 1 day after. I sincerely thank both of them for the great experience and special kudos to Fragomen management for instilling great work ethic and top-notch customer handling experience. I would recommend them any day for your Visa consultation and processing. Once again, I'm very grateful to the entire team at Fragomen for making the process well streamlined and easy and getting my Skilled Worker Visa and Dependent Visas for family on stipulated time. I would like to send a shoutout to the team at Fragomen, with Grace and Lily deserving a special mention for their amazing work in getting our visas renewed in less than a month after all paper work was approved from my employer. They responded on time, gave assurances and ensured the process was not and not disruptive to our work or kids schooling. Really appreciate their support and professionalism throughout the journey.
