I cannot recommend Alexander and his colleagues at Frank Smith & Co highly enough. From the our initial enquiry to Nora, our first call with Frank who then assigned Alexander (& Tim) to our conveyancing, their professionalism and thoroughness has been outstanding. Alexander was incredibly helpful from start to finish, with attention to detail that was truly second to none. Every step of the process was handled with care and professionalism, and no question ever felt too small or silly — everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. The thoroughness of his approach gave us genuine confidence that we were fully appraised of all the nuances of our purchase. An exceptional service all round which took our property purchase from the realms of impossible to achieved in a matter of weeks.

We had very good help from Amanda Liu at Frank Smith and Co with the conveyancing needed to sell our house. She was extremely efficient and pro-active in getting through the necessary paperwork and in dealing with our buyer's questions. She was very positive and supportive to us as we went through a sometimes complicated process. We would highly recommend her.
