Franklins were recommended to us as 1 of 3 options by developer when buying new home. We chose them as they seems to be balanced option in terms of price and quality. When we started working with them we expect more correspondence (over phone / email) to keep us upto date but we saw Franklins is lacking it and we kind of were chasing them time to time for updates. Overall, they did the job which was required for a new home but the only point i would recommend is to improve on communications, other than that all good.
