We highly recommend Fredrick & Co. We have used them for both buying and selling our home, and they have been a pleasure to work with throughout. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients. Sabina, in particular, has taken the time to explain everything thoroughly and ensure we fully understand each step of the process. Gillian has always been incredibly efficient with communication, which we know is not always a given when dealing with solicitors. Unfortunately, we have had to contact Fredrick & Co more than expected following our move due to issues with our new property, but they have been consistently helpful and supportive. My father is also using them for his Will and has been equally impressed with the service provided. Their fees are competitive, making the overall experience even better.

I was selling my flat through allan and Harris and they recommended Frederick & Co to me. A lovely lady named Samantha Brodie dealt with me. I encountered a few delays with the sale so it was a very stressful time for me. However, Samantha was always there to advise and reassure me. She answered any emails I sent her in a timely fashion and went out of her way to ensure I was kept up to date at all times. Michael Jackson and Lisa Finnigan were simply wonderful in their roles of guiding us through our selling/ buying of houses, displaying patience all the while, advising us when asked and where necessary. All of this, they did during a process which was tricky at times and spanned a period of some 4 months until we finally found a property which suited our needs and which we successfully purchased. Samantha at Frederick & Co Solicitors handled the sale of my late Dad's property. Samantha was great at keeping us informed of what happening & when. Very professional and polite (as were any of the other team members I had spoke with in Samantha's absence!) A difficult & emotional experience for the family was made a bit easier due the support we received. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone looking for conveyancing assistance.
