To date, my experience with FJ and being in IVA has been positive and much less stressful than trying to communicate with creditors myself. My interactions with the agents at FJ have been empowering and personally helpful. I find the agents knowledgeable, professional, supportive and easy to talk to. I am kept informed as to how the debt repayment is progressing by the agents and the new App. Part of me is still anxious about being in an IVA…from bad press seen on TV about IVA’s in general and ‘other’ insolvency practitioners and how it can ‘all fail at the last moment’, so to speak. However, so far, my experience with FJ is helping me to trust the process and believe that there can be a better ending.
