Highly recommend Garnett Wilson. As a first time buyer, Juliet was extremely helpful and made the process much easier and more understandable. Juliet was very proactive and I didn’t have to push for any information or for things to be done throughout the whole process. I was kept well informed on the progress of my sale both through the app as well as by email/telephone.

I was looking into purchasing a house and have decided to ask for support of this company. In the end the house had issue and I have decided to find another solicitor. I found the communication very poor, as none of my email queries were answered, unless I called the office. Giulia, seemed very nice when she answered the calls, but very stressed, which seemed that they do not have enough staff. She was updating things for me, when I called. The contract from the estate agent was received a couple of days earlier and not updated on the app. I was told that my conveyancer was Trudy, but the person who got in touch with me was Sarah. Things were all over the place. Further answer: Dear owner, your process is not clear from the beginning, the communication is slow as none of my email questions have been answered within two weeks. I did inform Sarah about the reasons I have decided not to continue our 'collaboration' and why I wanted to purchase the next house using a different solicitor. I do not recommend your services unfortunately.

I used Garnett Wilson (Juliet) for the conveyancing of my sale and purchase. While everything was completed in the end, I found communication to be somewhat inconsistent, and there were times when my emails and questions went unanswered. Much of the process, including identity checks, proof of funds, and onboarding, was handled via apps that needed to be downloaded. This may be standard practice now, but I felt it lacked a personal touch. Additionally, when my first buyer withdrew and I secured a new one, I had to go through the onboarding process again, despite already being a client. Having a locum solicitor in place when Juliet was away was helpful, though at times it led to duplication. For example, I was asked to provide my FENSA certificate for the double glazing in my flat on three separate occasions, despite having provided it the first time. A minor but annoying issue was being addressed as ‘Mrs’ on documents rather than ‘Ms,’ despite raising this early on. It seems the correction was not updated in the system, but a more attentive approach could have resolved this and made the client relationship more personal and engaging. Overall, while the job got done, I feel there were areas where a more responsive and tailored service could have improved the experience for me..

This is my second time working with Garnett Wilson, and this time they helped me sell my property and buy a new one! Once again, their service was absolutely fantastic, and I can't praise them enough! The Garnett Wilson team was incredibly supportive, keeping me informed at every stage.
