Buying & selling houses is one of the most stressful things you can do, however both Ged & Mel supported the purchase and sale throughout every step & they did an amazing job. I honestly can't fault either of them. When we went through the amount of work that these guys put in for us, I was amazed at how much there really was. A great solicitor to use & the whole process was as smooth as it could have been. Thank you Garrets Solicitors for everything 10/10.

DO NOT USE GARRATTS!!! I have had the unfortunate experience of selling my property to buyers using Garratts - almost 6 months in to this sale, missed agreed completion date today, and no contact with our solicitor or agent. House packed up, lives put on hold!! Our buyer at times hasn't been able to contact them or get answers themselves! We advised if they do not make any kind of contact and agree to try and move things forward by today we will not sell to our buyers and still nothing! Stressed buyers, stressed sellers, all parties hugely frustrated!!! DO NOT USE THEM.

Lisa was absolutely amazing. Having moved from our previous solicitor due to bad attitude and no responses Lisa was a breath of fresh air. She was prompt replying to emails and on the end of the phone if we needed her. She was also on the ball trying to get the sale completed as soon as possible, which was our instruction. Garratts helped us with a complex probate sale followed by a normal house sale over the last fews months. Their knowledge, advice and professionalism are exemplary and I turned to them for advice when a different legal company were giving me incorrect/poor advice. We have used Ged and Melanie for the sale on 3 properties in the last 3 months. We couldn't recommend them enough, costs were very competitive. Best solicitors we have ever used.
