We decided to go with GD Solicitors due to price and positive reviews online. I was given a very honest quote by their director and he explained in detail the selling and buying process. The app was very easy to use and saved lots of time. We were assigned Jamie who handled our case. We honestly could not have been happier with Jamie and the whole process. There were hurdles along the way that Jamie worked through efficiently, keeping us updated every step of the way. Whenever I needed to speak to her, she answered emails very quickly and gave me a ring where appropriate. We were thoroughly happy with our GD experience and especially with Jamie! Would recommended this company if you want competitive, honest pricing, transparency and a case handler you can contact.

I really can't put into words how exceptional the service I received was. Haroon kept me informed every step of the way during my purchase, and had everything completed in 9 weeks from date of instruction. I have had a very wide experience of solicitors and conveyancers in the past having moved 18 times, and this has got to be the smoothest, most stress free experience I have ever had. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and would definitely use them again should the need arise- hoping it doesn't as I'm getting past this moving house lark now...

I recently completed a home purchase through GD Property Solicitors, and my fee earner, Saydul Haque, provided an excellent service throughout. He was consistently professional, responsive, and clear in his communication. Every query I raised was dealt with promptly and thoroughly, which made the whole process far less stressful. Saydul kept me updated at each stage, explained everything clearly, and ensured all aspects of the purchase were handled efficiently. His attention to detail and calm, reassuring manner gave me complete confidence from start to finish. He is also currently handling the final Land Registry process for my property, keeping me informed while the registration is being completed. It’s reassuring to know that he continues to oversee this final stage with the same level of care and professionalism. I’m very pleased with the service I’ve received and would happily recommend Saydul Haque and GD Property Solicitors to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and supportive conveyancing team.
