Abi was my conveyance solicitor for a residential property purchased at auction. The process was fraught with challenges from the outset (none of which were because of Abi or her firm). Abi helped me to navigate my first house purchase with clarity, professionalism and great proactiveness. In no uncertain terms, had it not been for Abi's hard work and foresight, the sale would not have completed. I would absolutely recommend Abi for any conveyancing services. She is a credit to her company and I would not hesitate to go with Gibson & Co again in future house purchases.

My personal experience of this company leaves a really bad taste. They were engaged a litigation on my behalf but it quickly became clear that the matter would be stretched out for just as long as they possibly could using all the tricks in the book. I sacked them when I realised what they were up to, but was still obliged to pay them £3,500 when all the actual work they did, other than look at papers, was to send an email to the other side asking for a bit more time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Regarding a possible letter of rent review to Commercial tenants. 4K spent and absolutely nothing to show for it. I asked them to stop.
