Daniel Smith and Page at Gilbert Stephens did an excellent job doing the conveyancing for our house purchase earlier in the year. They were easy to contact and Daniel was willing to explain various covenants, etc and take a view on the risks of these. Overall, it was a much better experience than online low cost conveyancing we have used previously, and well worth the small price premium.
