Gilberts were originally engaged to provide Getfix with year-end accounts and compliance services. Luke and the team have been fantastic and take a proactive approach to ensure that, from a tax and compliance perspective, we are set up for success. We have leaned on Gilberts for multiple advisory projects including a group restructure exercise and an expansion into Europe, and the advice received has saved us a considerable amount when compared to less efficient planning. Gilberts have provided our company audit for many years and have consistently provided timely and accurate services. The Partners and wider team understand the commercial and operational challenges faced by SMEs which in my experience the 'Big 4' do not. We value the personal approach, the flexibility in timing of delivery, and feeling valued despite being likely one of their 'smaller' revenue clients. I also appreciate the thoughtful bespoke value-add advice, without them taking every opportunity to add a line to the invoice or turning the conversation into a sales pitch.
