Had an excellent experience working with Lauren from Girlings Ashford during recent property transaction. There were few complication due to the chain involved but Lauren kept us updated and informed at all time making the wholes transaction smooth and manageable. Lastly, having their office in Ashford really helped as my clients was able to visit them in person to handover any signed document which made this process move very quickly.

Gemma and Rachel were fantastic! My 4th attempt to purchase and the 2 of them helped with every aspect. Really friendly phone manner, kept me updated every step (sometimes faster than the estate agents!) They both had genuine excitement when I completed and were a pleasure to work with.
