We recently used Girlings Herne Bay for our sale and purchase. Thomas Picknell looked after us - he was outstanding. We were not the easiest clients, we were stressed most of the time. Thomas was extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable, very fast and super efficient and a very nice person. He and Girlings are what held it all together for us. AVOID - Unless you wish to spend as much money as possible in exchange for very low quality work (often undertaken by junior staff who wouldn't pass a GCSE in English Grammar). I used this firm, specifically a solicitor named Curtis Wray, to handle my divorce (still ongoing). I won't reel off all the issues, but suffice to say that I spent almost £4000 in order to get one (poorly completed) form filled in. Go somewhere (anywhere) else.

Girlings handled the conveyancing of a property that we bought. Shehaam and all the team worked very hard to progress the sale through to completion with great communication keeping all informed. Well done all.

My ex partner is using this company,they have delayed the process of transfer of equity for over 6 weeks,I have messaged them 11 times regarding the matter and after 2 more weeks I get a very rude, aggressive email stating miss information provided by my ex with no evidence apart from her word ,when confronted about this,I received sarcastic replies, totally unprofessional.some customer service training and common decency is much needed ,let alone the unpleasant and unacceptable time scale to return a simple email.am absolutely disgusting behaviour from so called professionals.get your facts right before you send a barrage of unsubstantiated rude emails

Me and my partner have recently used girlings solicitors Herne bay due to us getting a mortgage and moving into our first home. Girlings have been extremely helpful with a lovely welcoming from the receptionist and our solicitor was Shehaam who was extremely efficient and could not have asked for a better experience will definitely be going to Girlings again if in need!
