Absolutely terrible. Paid my parking fine off on the 6th of December 2025. In Jan it was still on my account, I rang them and they told me I needed to send proof, so I did. 2 weekend go by, STILL on my account. I ring them again, they said there’s nothing they can do the legal team have to deal with it via emails, so I emailed them AGAIN. Fast track to now, I’m getting texts and letters of bailiffs threats. I ring AGAIN. The guy said I sent the proof to the wrong email, I needed to send it to accounts. Like they weren’t able to forward it if they saw I sent it to the wrong place ??? Anyway, the email he gave me doesn’t exist. They do not respond to their emails & their staff are rude. They’re quick enough to come at you for money and adding on extra to the bill, but once it’s been paid I’m getting completely ignored.

Received a parking ticket from my own workplace, when I want to reach these people to show evidence nothing happens. I waited on the phone line for so long and no response. I do have solid evidence from the employer stating that I was working that specific day the parking charge was imposed, but these people never respond or have any kind of reception. Don't know what to do, they put a CCJ on my credit file. I can't find any lead who can handle this case. Whenever I reach out the parking lot management company they ask me to contact these solicitors but they never responded. I will go ahead and see them in the court because I was employed and was working that day and still got a ticket.

Received an aggressive debt demand from Gladstones relating to a parking charge I should never have received. I was a fully authorised hotel guest who followed all the rules, yet instead of investigating or checking the facts, they jumped straight to threatening legal action. No willingness to listen, no reasonable communication, just intimidation tactics over an invalid charge. Extremely poor conduct and a stressful experience for an entirely innocent motorist. One star.

Absolutely useless solicitors, waiting minim of 2 weeks for any response regardless of how short and simple the response was. Don’t respond to when being chased, called or emailed. Incredibly rude and unprofessional when speaking to clients, estate agents and other solicitors. Save yourself the money and go anywhere else.
