I can’t recommend Marie highly enough for anyone buying a house. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly, kept us well informed, and handled each step with real care and efficiency. A special mention also has to go to Julie, who was absolutely fabulous. She was always responsive, organised, and so helpful, making sure everything kept moving smoothly and that we were supported at every stage. Being a first time buyer, you often hear the usual “solicitors are slow” “they’re a nightmare to get hold of” etc. But I chose Glansvilles off of a recommendation and had Ruby Silvey deal with my home purchase. I genuinely couldn’t fault the services provided, infact I was so impressed. Ruby answered any questions I had and replied to any queries I had very promptly, I never once had to wait for a reply, or chase anything up. Again being a first time buyer the process was alien to me but she set it out very clearly and was a pleasure to deal with. The whole process was flawless and I couldn’t have got a better service to be honest. I will without a doubt be using Glansvilles again when it’s time to sell, or for any other service. I’d highly recommend them. Thank you again! :)

Julia Whitter & Rebecca Staff took on our sale in Leicestershire and our purchase on the Isle of Wight when our solicitors was closed down when we were almost at exchange of contracts. Both worked very hard to get the sale and purchase through in 5 weeks, enabling us to be in our new home for Christmas. They worked long and hard to get this done, despite our buyers solicitor doing everything in her power to be both rude and difficult and unprofessional. I cannot rate Julia and Rebecca highly enough. They made what had become a difficult and at times heartbreaking situation much easier to deal with. They were both friendly, professional and knowledgeable in the way they dealt with us and went over and above to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Well done ladies. You were incredible.
