Professional and engaged from start to finish. Glanvilles were representing me both on the sale of my flat and the buying of my new house. We only had 3 months to complete contracts before the stamp duty deadline. The team worked hard and got me ready with weeks to spare. Unfortunately, the same couldn’t be said for my buyers solicitor. The whole process was really stressful, which was exacerbated by the fact that my buyers solicitor wasn’t communicating with the rest of the chain. Charlotte Toone was my point of contact and she made sure to keep me informed every step of the way and when my emails showed how stressed I was, she replied with empathy and understanding. We finally got over the line after 6 months. I am very grateful that I chose Glanvilles and I would recommend them to anyone.

Despite a protracted sale of my Mum's property, Glanvilles did their best to ensure the exchange and completion went smoothly. I was happy that calls were answered promptly and if the required person was unavailable, messages were sent and contact made thereafter. The conveyancer I dealt with gave clear messages and updates and was friendly and approachable. I also felt the costs involved in the transaction to be reasonable. Recommended.
