I engaged Goodharts and Marie Colquhoun to take on my case for professional negligence against another firm of solicitors that I had previously engaged and who appeared to have failed in their obligations to me. I chose Goodharts because the information about them indicated that they put the client first and following my bad experiences with a number of legal firms in the past this was the important attribute that I was looking for. I was not disappointed in this respect, Marie carefully listened to all of the information that I gave re the previous solicitor and studied the evidence in detail to build up what was described as a 'strong' case in my favour. She kept me informed at each stage and gave clear options and outlined any risks and possible outcomes to enable me to make informed decisions. The outcome of our case was successful and I was very pleased that I engaged Goodharts and Marie to fight my case.

I would recommend Goodharts 110% I was in a tricky situation leaving a company I had worked for for 25 years. Without Marie's help and advice, I would have struggled to get the deal I wanted. I would recommend Marie Colquhoun and Goodharts Solicitors within a heart beat. I found myself very suddenly and very unexpectedly in an extremely distressing and unpleasant situation with my employer. I really didn’t know where to turn.
