This firm was used by the seller of the house I was buying. Throughout the whole long, tiresome process it was always this firm letting the chain down, George Coomber in particular. He is incredibly slow at providing any sort of work and he is unwilling to reply to correspondance without being chased from multiple people. WEEKS would pass by with no progression or word from George. At times he also came across particularly rude. There was one time, four months in with no viable progress to the sale, George labelled myself as 'incredibly unwilling to wait' - all we had done for months was wait for him and everybody was tired of chasing. Slow replies, zero replies, at one point George went on holiday and said he was 'surprised to see no one picked it up in his absence', yet didn't inform any of the other people involved that he was going to be absent and prolong the completion more. The sale took nearly 9 months in total, purely because of Goodlaw Solicitors and George Coomber. Eventually, it was rushed through before Christmas, with me one day being told to provide funds and 2 days later I had the keys, so couldn't prepare for anything. Everything was up in the air ALL THE TIME. Avoid.

Costumer care from Janek and Megan was amazing, very easy to talk and all the questions were answered and explained. The process was extremely quick and easy. They kept in touch at least 2-3 times a week, gave us updates, we didn't have to chase them at all. I had a bad experience before with another company the sale process took ages and we had to chance them for updates all the time. This won't happen with Good law solicitors they are extremely professional and go above and beyond. We will definitely use them again. We are Very pleased with the process and would recommend in without any hesitation. Definitely gained a returning customer. Huge thanks to Janek and Megan.

We were recommend GoodLaw via our estate agent and chose them for the sale of our home, as well as the purchase of our next one. Janek was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and had such a lovely manner over the phone. We also dealt with Gintare a few times and she was also very helpful. They definitely made our process smoother than we had in the past and I'd highly recommend Janek. He kept his cool even when things got a little stressful near the end and made us feel like he had it in hand.
