I changed solicitors during my proceedings for a personal family law case. After weeks of calls, research, and trying to find the right legal help and understanding, I was appointed Rachael Brown of Goodman Ray. I cannot explain how happy I was… I had truly lost hope at that point and felt so lucky when I knew they was able to help me. From the very beginning, Rachael’s knowledge, expertise, patience, and understanding were outstanding. I honestly cannot imagine how I would have managed this journey without her support and guidance. She helped me understand everything, be pragmatic yet grounded and just gave me the best possible chance with the whole situation. Changing solicitors when I did was the best decision I could have made, and I truly believe the outcome and overall experience would have been very different otherwise. This was one of the hardest things I have ever done, but with Rachael’s guidance I came through it feeling stronger, secure, and with an outcome that is best for my child and my safety. Her support throughout was invaluable, and I will forever be grateful for everything she did for us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your time and dedication I am eternally grateful. Rachel C Brown is absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, she supported me through a very difficult child arrangements battle with professionalism, compassion, and dedication.
