I was very fortunate to have come across Graham Carter & Co. Their service was excellent - both friendly and professional from first contact. Roger Carter was extremely helpful in advising me around pensions and is a very warm and friendly person, which made me feel very relaxed to speak openly about my finances and needs. I left feeling in expert and safe hands, which is obviously hugely important where finances are concerned. Would highly recommend Roger and his team.

Apart from a surgical operation, I cannot think of a time in our lives when we most needed to have absolute trust in the people handling our life savings. The whole area of pensions can be daunting. From the start we felt we were in safe hands. At every point and up to now we had excellent communication and thorough, precise execution of our wishes. We couldn't recommend Roger Carter and his team highly enough.

Graham Carter and Co were so helpful advising me on my pensions. I'm not an expert in any of this but Roger explained everything so clearly for me to understand and pointed out where I could make some changes. A very professional and friendly team and I would definitely recommend them.

Used Graham Carter & Co for pensions advice (consolidation) recently. They're a small, well established local firm which is the kind of outfit I like to work with and I was very happy both with the personal service provided and the outcome and cost. Would happily recommend.

Roger and Frank have been great to deal with. Everything moved along quietly in the background, then when I had to make decisions and actually get stuff done they were great at getting all the information, offering assistance and gently reminding me every so often that I had a deadline to consider. And only then did I realise how excellent the advice had been in the first instance. Thanks guys. Highly recommended.
