The most complicated quote provided for a lease extension, which reveals a load of hidden costs when you read in detail. Correspondence was very abrupt and rude when we queried the aspects of the service. We ended up using a different solicitors.

Richard Shinn was our appointed solicitor for the purchase of our property. Richard and his team were exceptional - responsive, great at troubleshooting, and clear in their communication. We couldn’t have asked for a better team. Highly recommend!

Samantha acted as my solicitor on a flat purchase - I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was extremely thorough and efficient, I felt I could entirely trust her judgement and advice as a first-time buyer, and she always took the time to answer my questions about the process. Despite some significant delays along the way, Samantha was always very quick to respond, and always did her best to move everything along for which I am very grateful. I would gladly use her services again in future!

Gregsons Solicitors represented us in the sale of our property, with Richard Shinn serving as our primary point of contact. Richard was highly professional, addressing all inquiries swiftly and efficiently, and consistently keeping us informed about the progress of the sale. We highly recommend Gregsons Solicitors without hesitation, as they made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

Samantha was our solicitor for a property purchase earlier in the year and she was very detailed and efficient throughout the process, also negotiating additional indemnity insurance with the sellers.
