I have had dozens of property transactions over the decades and this was one of my best experiences with a solicitor. Tracy was simply wonderful in helping me land my purchase of a commercial property and garage. Cannot thank Grey Smith enough inc Kate. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Willing to go the extra mile even though it was the other side who got it wrong. Very reasonably priced too - especially with two legal titles. Head and shoulders above other firms.

Grey smith legal recently worked on our house sale and purchase and I couldn’t rate them highly enough. I found the team to be extremely professional and helpful and got back to us on our queries in great time. They were also very patient when things slowed down due to issues with our mortgage application. Ellie Bellas and her team were excellent, I would absolutely recommend them. Thank you very much!

They say that no answer is an answer. Ellie Bellas (Director), therefore, is refusing to answer my requests for information and counter my concerns. A "reasonable" amount of time has passed for a reply, yet I have had nothing. Already a 1 star review on Google, here's a second, this is no coincidence, it's a trend. I'll have to take this to higher authority. Will update here at a later date.
