0/5 Stars – Absolute Waste of Time I wouldn’t recommend this firm to my worst enemy. I booked an advisory session expecting professional legal guidance, but what I got was a total joke. Zafar is easily the most unprofessional, incompetent solicitor, I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He was completely unprepared, dismissive, and lacked even a basic grasp of the matter at hand. It felt like I was explaining the law to him, rather than the other way around. He was rude and arrogant. The firm itself is a mess. If you want to be talked down to by someone like Zafar who clearly doesn't know what he's doing, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay far away. Save your time and go to M & K solicitors, where people actually know what they're talking about. Completely disappointing experience with Greystone Solicitors. EDIT After your Reply: Dear Greystone Solicitors, It’s genuinely funny that your first instinct is to claim the review is 'fabricated' just because my Google name doesn't match your filing cabinet. I didn't realize a full legal background check was required to leave an honest opinion about a disappointing advice session. I also have another Gmail account under the name 'Finding Nemo' - since you’re clearly having so much trouble "FINDING" people in your system, maybe you should go and check for that name on your records too before complaining you can't FIND me? Instead of being childish and reporting every client who wasn't impressed by you, maybe try teaching your staff - specifically Zafar - how to actually conduct themselves with professionalism. It’s clear this firm can't handle a bit of criticism without getting defensive. If you spend as much time training your team as you do trying to scrub your Google page, you might actually get better reviews. Feel free to report it, but attempting to silence feedback doesn't change the reality of the service I received.
