I am a commercial mortgage broker and my client is using this firm for their conveyancing i have left 3 messages and 2 emails in the past week with no reply. The client has given his permissions for the solicitor Mark Heywood to liaise with our company but as of yet he is refusing. This is costing the client an immense amount of money. There is a complete lack of urgency from this firm stay clear 04/08 One day before completion and the solicitor has sent the wrong search how incompetent. Clive Thomas

Unfortunately, I went to see them needing a form signing by a solicitor to prove my identity, it had to be a solicitor, the fee I think, was only £5. I took all the relevant documents, the solicitor never even looked at them but told me in no uncertain terms he had no intentions of doing it. Odiously, not enough money involved I think? I went to another solicitor across the road, who did straight away, was pleasant and obliging, any future work I will use them.

Have used Grylls and Paige for 2 house purchases and 1 house sale and they have been excellent for all of them and I would use them again

Poor experience, outdated process’s , a throwback to 1970’s .Sadly have to offer one star to post.
