Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this firm. Their client (a so called managing agent) for a property I own the leasehold for commissioned them. They deployed underhand tactics to in my view bully people into paying, what we believe are unlawful charges. The support to understand charges and process was non existent and follow up on the basics including things like a simple receipt were impossible.

Currently dealing with this firm albeit via my solicitor & I can comfortably say they are the most unprofessional, time sapping business i have witnessed. We are purchasing a property & our solicitor has been awaiting numerous documents for months, what should have been a relatively simple process has now become a merry go round and left a horrible stain on what should be an exciting experience. If you want efficiency, clear lines of communication & punctuality do not use this firm.

I have recently been fortunate enough to have worked with Jon Marriott & Maxine Hodson who dealt with the sale of my business. I have interacted with many hundreds of solicitors over the last 40 years, but none have come close to offering the level of efficiency, patience, workload, kindliness, understanding, diplomacy, and good humour that they have done. My case was dealt by someone called a "lawyer" who proofed to be very unprofessional and rude. She charged me high fees for not doing any work. She tried to cause trouble between both parts to be able to have a more complex case and keep on getting money from me. She didn't answer phone calls or emails whenever I tried to contact her. When we were reaching the final stage of the case, she sent me a letter informing about her decision to stop representing me. She didn't even inform me over the telephone but she highlighted the amount of money I had to pay for that final letter to be issued and sent to me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL!!!
