Me and my partner just bought a flat with GWCA. I do not think they were particularly worth the money we paid for the service, there was hardly any communication when a cover came in for our main solicitor when he was on AL, the assistants seem to be doing most of the work. Takes time for them to reply back to emails. I’m sure if you decide to go with GWCA the same thing may not happen to you as they have some really good reviews, however we won’t be using again. I think it was luck of the draw for us, unfortunately. Grateful that everything got done anyway and grateful for the help.

GWCA have helped me move house twice now and both experiences were smooth and (relatively) relaxed. Most recently Amanda and her team helped me through a local sale and purchase. I really appreciated their patience and responsiveness, especially given the 2025 stamp duty change, which must have had them rushed off their feet. The team remained calm and professional throughout and I always felt I was in good hands. Highly recommended.

Colin Edmonds, at GWCA, has been my conveyancing solicitor for many years now and has bought and sold at least six properties for me and my family. In this time he has always been hugely efficient, friendly, available, compassionate and professional. I really cannot recommend him highly enough. Would that all solicitors were as good as he is, it would make the business of buying and selling property very much less stressful. I would also like to mention Sally Holland, who is also wonderfully efficient and so friendly and professional.

Colin Edmonds is wonderful, he goes above and beyond for his clients and is always extremely efficient and thorough. He did a wonderful job for me last month - got us to a deadline through his speed and great work. I highly recommend Colin and GWCA for conveyancing.
