I don’t write reviews that are negative until all opportunities to rectify issues have been attempted. This is for the Northwood Banks office. Awful! No communication. Serious mistakes on legal documents (incorrect names/multiple names from poor copy/pasting). They were assigned as executors for my late mother’s estate a year ago. Little to no progress or communication. They have refused to acknowledge emails, phonecalls or a formal written complaint.
