Based on my experience over the last 2 months I cannot recommend highly enough Haleys Solicitors and most specifically our representative Savas Kaya. My initial call was to Haleys Solicitors in a time of dire need when my girlfriend was held at Heathrow Airport and denied access as a Tourist to the UK. The administration acted so quickly and we were assigned Savas as our case worker. Within an hour Savas had made contact with Border Patrol where my girlfriend was held and filed an appeal with the case officer. Throughout this very stressful and upsetting day Savas worked fast and communicated with myself and my girlfriend brilliantly. Our appeal was worthwhile in submitting but was unfortunately denied and my girlfriend was sent back to the country of Origin. Immediately we prepared to apply for an appropriate Visa for my girlfriend to join me in the UK. Savas was always positive, always open to any question or worry that I had. There was never a time when I felt like I couldn’t ask him to explain or reassure me on any detail no matter how small. Communication was great throughout. I was called back in the evenings, and out of normal office hours if Savas did not have time to respond during his day. He always got back to me without fail. This made this whole stressful experience so much more manageable. He walked us through the application process, collected all the evidence and steered us in the right direction. As Savas had assured us, we got our visa approval and my girlfriend and I will be reunited next week. I cannot thank him enough for being so understanding and compassionate towards our case, we have a new life to begin together in the UK and that’s possible because of Savas at Haleys Solicitors, thankyou !
