DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - My Mother applied to Hamilton Law, Fareham for a finance LPOA and Health and Wellbeing LPOA during June 2024. After a year of waiting (the process takes 12 weeks) she had escalated this twice before a solicitor took action. My Mother was in hospital this September. I contacted Sara Law, solicitor twice by email and 5 times by phone asking for certified copies of the finance LPOA which I had received from the Office of the Public Guardian. My Mum was discharged from hospital 2 weeks later, I received the Health LPOA that day and again emailed asking for certified copies. Last month we received notification from the Office of Public Guardian that a second health LPOA had been created. My Mother received another letter from the Office of Public Guardian today regarding a third application. She spoke to them and they have cancelled this. I followed Hamilton Laws escalation/ complaints procedure. Their website states complaints will be dealt with within 8 weeks. As I have not been contacted, I have escalated this to the Legal Ombudsman.

The making of my will and trust started well in October with Brent, but I then had no replies to my emails and had to make many phone calls which go to an answering service. It was eventually sorted by the end of February. I feel four months was not good service.

A few simple emails and my will was drawn up as I wanted - just took a few days start to finish and now my will is in their secure storage for when the time comes. Thank you for making it completely painless.
