I couldn’t recommend Hammons Solicitors enough! As a first-time seller, they were with me every step of the way. What turned out to be a longer process than expected was made so much easier thanks to Natalie – she was absolutely fabulous. Her replies were always prompt, and she kept communication open and clear throughout. No question was ever too much trouble. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor. Thank you!

Hammons were very easy to communicate with - plus, calls to their office were answered immediately and we were able to speak directly to our solicitor. Hilary Shum dealt with our matter within Hammons Park Rd branch near Cov. Rail Stn. She'd email us with advice and updates immediately; she acted very professionally and efficiently. They were always available - and were very competitively priced, unlike 'online' solicitors who quote an initial fixed price, with potential 'extras' hidden within the small print and a) whose clients have to fall in line with the solicitor's much slower timeline(!) and, from our one experience, b) online conveyancers OTT (irrelevant) rules dictated on AML requirements. We'd certainly recommend Hammons. And it was so much easier to deal with a long-established local firm!
