I dropped by Hansells on the off-chance that a solicitor could help me with a smallish task. I'd tried two other nearby firms of solicitors who couldn't help. On entering Hansells I was unbelievably fortunate that LW happened to be in reception. She most willingly gave her time immediately to the issue I had. With tea for me, entertainment for tiny grandson both cheerfully proffered by the friendly receptionist and my matter swiftly resolved by LW, it was the kind of experience that inspires faith in human nature and the profession. Thank you both so much.

Having recently used Hansells for the sale of my shared ownership property, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Sue Lloyd made the whole process simple and efficient. As these matters do, especially being shared ownership, it took time from start to completion but Sue dealt with everything quickly and efficiently. I was kept updated regularly and if I ever had any queries Sue was very responsive and helpful.

I much appreciated the professionalism of the staff at Hansells that were involved in the sale of my property recently. As these matters often do, it took some time from start to completion but overall any queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. It is quite possible I shall be needing their services again in the not to distant future and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I’ve bought and sold houses for 24 years and my latest sale whose buyer worked with the North Walsham office was the worst experience I’ve ever been put through. I won’t mention the name of the conveyancer out of professionalism but it took months and months to get the sale over the line. Every time we were due to exchange, another issue suddenly appeared. It was a joke and put me in serious financial issues. I’ve never put a bad review ever as I also run my own business, but I don’t want anyone else to be put through such an ordeal. Avoid!!!
