Solicitor handling my case was not to a good standard. Very unorganised. Made it difficult to have clarity in the claim with inaccurate information as well. They were not open with the history of the case handlers and I completely lost trust in them throughout this process. They had also stated they would be taking a very large percentage once the claim had been settled. Plenty of other places to receive excellence & professional standards.

Worst company I have worked with. Lots of calls , usually calling on private number which is a little strange. Sending letters with no merit trying to threaten charges. I would stay clear. I am not happy with how they handled my case. Please avoid

Harrison Bryce is honestly one of the worst solicitor companies I have claimed with. For months they lied to me about my file being sent of to the courts. After around 3 months they confessed that it wasn’t sent due to some error. They then lied to me about my file handler being on her annual leave. Every time I would call up they’d tell me that she we would be in the following week and I would get a call from her. This went on for a couple of months before I found out that she wasn’t on annual leave but she had left the company. Due to being treated with constant dishonesty and negligence on their behalf I have decided to switch to another company to handle my case. Absolute waste of time and disgusted by the way they treat their clients! I recommend all clients to leave ASAP!
