AVOID AT ALL COSTS - These solicitors were assigned by our mortgage company to act on their behalf - they have been very unprofessional, not understanding the process leading to our own solicitor having to explain the process to them as we hit a stalemate and they also failed to register the property correctly with the land registry. As they were appointed by the mortgage company they have refused to speak to anyone directly and even though we tried to complain this fell on deaf ears. The real issue, despite their incompetence, is the fact they failed to register the property correctly and refuse to help do anything about it - they are the only ones who can rectify this and we are limited when we come to remortgage if they fail to do so.

I have just recently sold a house with Harrison Drury Solicitors. I would not recommed this company at all. From start to finish this company has been nothing but unprofessional. From not being able to do the simplest of tasks such as checking signatures, and keeping myself in the loop, to being spoken to rudely by members of staff only for me to have to contact the buyer to get information. In essence I had to do their job for them .

Probably the best firm you have never heard of. World Class commercial litigation by Solicitor Helen. Helen is a credit to the firm and is clearly going places.

An utter shambles ..Duncan Rawlinson from the non answering call office in garstang .. cannot get his figures correct.. emails sent and nothing in return .. costing me an additional extra £600 to investigate this extra £35,000!!! On my side .. don't use these people

Be very careful of this firm there fees are extremely expensive they will expedite on a matter for further cost and still not complete in time not to be trusted
