⭐ 1 star Extremely disappointing experience – especially with a divorce case I would not recommend Brown’s Solicitors based on my experience. I have been waiting for my divorce to be completed for over two years, and the lack of communication throughout this process has been extremely frustrating. I am rarely given any meaningful updates, and I have been left without a clear answer as to what is actually happening with my case or how much longer I am expected to wait. As a client, I should not have to constantly chase my solicitors just to find out what is happening with my own divorce. After more than two years, I still have no clear indication of when this matter will finally be resolved. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff has also been very disappointing. I have found them unhelpful and, on several occasions, quite rude. This is particularly upsetting when you are already dealing with a stressful and personal matter such as divorce. What makes the situation even more disappointing is that I have seen other reviews describing very similar experiences, including poor communication, delayed or missing responses and rude attitudes from reception and staff. Unfortunately, my own experience has made me understand exactly what those clients were talking about. I expected a professional legal service, regular communication and at least some transparency about the progress of my case. Instead, I have been left waiting for more than two years with very little information. Two years is an unacceptable amount of time to be left wondering what is happening with your divorce. I sincerely hope the firm improves its communication and the way clients are treated, because people going through divorce need support, professionalism and clear information, not to be left chasing their own solicitors for answers.

disgraceful solicitors! avoid at all cost, the receptionist and lawyers attitudes are shocking and uneeded during what would be difficult times for individuals and their familys, female lawyers were extremely rude and laughing on the phone etc and hanging up then ignoring the office phone asking receptionist was also very rude (female) - communications was appalling and responses were always late or none at all.
