We had a frustrating multi-year period dealing with the landlord of the rental property next door, who neglected repairs and who were aggressive towards us whenever we brought the repair matter up, and we provided them with evidence of their responsibility. After meeting with Selwan at Hatten Wyatt in Gravesend, we were impressed by his understanding of our situation and the comprehensive review of our documentation, including our correspondence with Gravesham Council.
