I cannot recommend Hawkins Law Solicitors highly enough. They handled my property completion in a matter of weeks, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were flawless, making what is often a stressful experience feel effortless. A special shoutout to Mohshin, Faruk, and Aqeel, who went above and beyond at every stage to ensure everything progressed smoothly and was completed on time. Having been a property developer for many years and worked with numerous law firms, I can honestly say Hawkins Law Solicitors are the best firm I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Their dedication, expertise, and client-focused approach truly set them apart. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding legal support and will certainly be using them again for all my future property acquisitions.

Outstanding service – worth every penny I had an excellent experience with Hawkins Law, and I genuinely cannot thank them enough for stepping in at a very difficult and time-critical stage of my purchase and remortgage. Mohshin Patel was the main point of contact and showed exceptional professionalism. Despite having overall responsibility for the firm, he would still reply within a few hours whenever I needed an update, which gave me real confidence and peace of mind. Rafka Nawaz was calm, respectful, and very clear in her communication throughout the process, even when things were under pressure. She explained matters clearly and handled everything with patience and professionalism. Aqeel Ramzan brought a positive attitude at a time when the transaction could have easily fallen apart. He acted quickly, kept things moving, and helped bring everything back under control when I needed it most. Hawkins Law took over my case urgently after my previous solicitor withdrew mid-transaction and managed to complete everything successfully and on time, despite tight deadlines and complex issues. Sometimes it’s far better to pay slightly more for peace of mind than to try to save a few hundred pounds and suffer poor communication and delays. I would highly recommend Hawkins Law to anyone looking for a proactive, responsive, and reliable conveyancing firm.

I can’t recommend Rafka at Hawkins Law highly enough. She helped me purchase my property over a process that took around seven months — a good outcome considering there were a few issues along the way that could have dragged things out much longer. Rafka was proactive in pushing things along and genuinely helped speed up the process whenever things threatened to stall. She was always quick to respond to questions, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated at every stage, so I never felt left in the dark despite the complications. Her professionalism and reassuring approach made a stressful process feel manageable. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Rafka and Hawkins Law to anyone looking for a conveyancing solicitor who genuinely goes above and beyond for their clients.
