It is a shame we can't give zero stars or this company would surely get it. Left me sitting in a police station because they just didn't bother to turn up. I confirmed with them 6 times in total. Once I confirmed 4 times in 5 minutes the time and date of my appointment. Later said I should have called them as if them not turning up was my fault somehow. They expect me to waste my time and the time of the officer I went to see. As if making the police wait an hour or so for someone to turn up isn't going to aggravate the interviewing officer and make it worse for myself. Later they arranged a meeting for me with my barrister for family court. The barrister waited until after the meeting was due to start to say they had a migraine and couldn't attend. They couldn't understand how this is unprofessional and again, tried to make out like it was my fault somehow. Got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with and for such important matters as well. I would seriously caution anyone who is thinking about using these guys. When it comes to children, the most important thing in life to a parent, you should always make sure you get the best representation. This company is most certainly not that. Please, if you are looking to them for family law, please, please reconsider. Get a good company that cares to represent you.

It has been an excellent experience with Hay and Kilner so far. Kerry Johnston worked tirelessly to secure funding in my family case which resulted in the funds being approved despite significant challenges along the way. A huge shout out to the family lawyers within the firm, especially to Kerry Johnston.

I used Hay and Kilner for a family criminal matter. I called them up at 9am in the morning and they had managed to join the case and have all case documents ready in 40 minuets to get to court and fight a case. Mark from hay and kilner has been extremely professional and friendly alike. I would like to thank Hay and kilner Mark and colleagues alike for the immediate attention to the case. For those seeking legal advice I would strongly recommend this company for their legal expertise. Regards, Jordan
