A huge thank you to Mike Reeves and someone who treated me like a true friend in Masood Hussain. What a team of solicitors. Unfortunately some of us end up in situations, one would not expect to be in. And Masood Hussain showed his experience in criminal law, even turned up to court to give me a moral boost when he didn’t need to. Other firms just take legal aid and do their job, but this team really did take it upon themselves to prove my innocence. If I could give this ambulance chaser firm lower than that I would . No consultation, the only time I had a convsation was because I emailed them about concerns I had about my housing case . Mark Ryan idea off communication is to send paper work and expect you to not only understand legal jargon , but also to not have question or have a opportunity to ask question. Did not look or attempt to clarify information given which effect the trail proceedings ,also the out come . Emailing Masood Hussan the senior solicitor is frustrating and annoying to say the least because , you never know if he gets the email or confirms it . Masood is more concerned about taking money from you even when the settlement is in you favor . The small print is what you should look at in dealing with this company . When this company dose not do due diligence in case they scam more money from you as the person . No win no fee but when you win this company take from your fee when it got its fee already . Do not use this firm , it dose not care other than making money from you and leaving you feeling why did you bother . Do not use this firm !!!!
