My experience with HCB Solicitors has been nothing short of disturbing. Once the truth began to surface regarding their client’s conduct, this firm appeared to adopt a strategy of lawfare — using legal threats not to seek justice, but to suppress serious allegations. After serving them with well-founded claims supported by evidence, including criminal-level conduct such as assault, data theft, and false imprisonment, they refused to engage in any meaningful correspondence. What followed was silence. No acknowledgment. No response. Not even the basic professional courtesy of a reply to legal notices — including a formal Letter of Claim and a Final Notice. Repeated phone calls yielded nothing but vague excuses and dead ends. Their representative refused to even offer an appointment or provide clarity, despite knowing full well the seriousness of the matter. HCB Solicitors’ unwillingness to address or refute the allegations once the facts were laid bare speaks volumes. It raises fundamental questions about how certain firms enable wrongdoing through procedural delay, intimidation tactics, and selective silence — all while hiding behind the veneer of legal respectability. If you are seeking transparency, accountability, and principled legal conduct, I would strongly caution against instructing or engaging with this firm. In my view, they have demonstrated a failure to uphold even the basic standards of legal ethics and public responsibility.
