As a first-time buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jill made the whole process feel straightforward and was always happy to answer my questions, no matter how many I had. She kept me informed throughout and explained everything clearly, which really helped put my mind at ease. I was especially impressed that the entire purchase was completed in just two months. I had expected the process to take much longer, so reaching completion so quickly was fantastic. Thank you, Jill, for all your support, professionalism and patience throughout. I would highly recommend both Jill and HCB Solicitors to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient conveyancing service.

Jill was personable, easy to talk to, responsive, proactive and gave us confidence throughout our navigation of a complex property purchasing journey. She was absolutely excellent and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Emma Gardner and her team, including Donna Seddon and Jayne Dolby, have provided an excellent service managing LPA, property sale and probate processes over the past four years. I have appreciated their combination of reliable professionalism and clear, supportive communication throughout. I felt genuine respect and understanding that behind all these legal processes are people going through significant life events. I would highly recommend HCB Solicitors in Leicester.

Jill Blacknell and Aneesah Khan worked together on the sale on our house and purchase of another. It was a very challenging process but they were very efficient and had brilliant communication which was vital to us. They helped us stay on the right track and we would definitely recommend them. My sister also recently moved and used both Jill and Aneesah and also praised them and their communication.

Outstanding service once again from Samantha Holding and the team at HCB Group. Samantha managed a legal matter with absolute professionalism from start to finish. Everything was handled efficiently, clearly, and on time — exactly what I’ve come to expect from HCB. Their customer service is exceptional, and I always feel fully supported and informed throughout the whole process. I always go to HCB whenever I need legal advice because they consistently deliver a first‑class experience. Highly recommended.
