I used this company for the purchase of my flat. My solicitor Maureen O'Regan was extremely helpful and efficient. This was the first time I have purchased a flat on the open market, she clearly explained the process and got the purchase through on a tight time scale. I would certainly recommend Maureen and use her services again if needed.

My opinion about this firm is very negative, I think they are not trustworthy based on our experience. They contacted my family in Spain to settle an inheritance from an English aunt of ours. After carrying out all the pertinent procedures (sending documentation, signatures, video calls) and when, according to them, they were ready to start the liquidation, they have completely disappeared, not responding to calls or emails, being the ones who started the process. We are going to start legal procedures to find out what happened and why they have disappeared and why they have behaved with us in this way.

Total disappointment with this firm. My family and I found out about the inheritance of a relative in London through them. After several conversations and emails since May 2024 following all their instructions, they have disappeared. They told us that they would pay us part of the inheritance in days and as of January 2025 we have no news nor do they respond to calls or emails. Given this lack of professionalism, education and respect, we will take all possible legal actions. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM AT ALL.
