I've used HCR twice (one sale, one purchase) and could not fault their level of service. Kate Potter conducted my conveyancing; Kate was outstanding and provided constant updates and sound advice throughout the process. Kate's efficiency also negated the ineptitude of the vendors' solicitor and ensured we completed on time. Excellent and highly recommended.

For some reason Harrison Clark Rickerbys do not encourage their staff to proof-read the documents they send-out, rendering their services null and void, from the very beginning. After alerting them to this, I was instructed to proof-read the letter for them and then send this back for their attention. They still have been unable to admit or correct any of these errors. Pretty Appalling All in All, highly unprofessional. Avoid.
