We've had nothing but positive experiences with Hentons. The entire team is consistently helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable across all the services we use. A particular mention goes to Fran in Payroll, who has been an absolute pleasure to work with. As someone new to my role, I've appreciated her patience and willingness to explain the "how" and "why" behind the processes. On the one occasion we encountered a significant issue, it was resolved swiftly—within the hour—following a prompt return call. Keep up the excellent work!

5 Stars + for Grace Dodd @ Hentons Payroll from me! Hentons have been running my weekly payroll run for 4 years now so I have had a lot of contact with them digitally. The service has always been good and I've dealt with a couple of contacts in that time. Grace stands out as she is always super efficient, approachable and keen to help when issues arise. It means a lot to have a friendly, helpful contact to work with, especially now we rarely get to meet our professional contacts face to face. Keep up the great customer service Grace! Thank You

Nothing is ever too much for Malak Hamad who is our Payroll co-ordinator . She has been brilliant through out working with us. Always available on other end of the phone to advice us and where needing last minute amendments are no trouble for her.

Sometimes you need an accountant to provide a punch bag to vent your frustrations on, sometimes a shoulder to cry on, sometimes an ear to listen, sometimes you just want to sit and listen to their common sense, sometimes you need to know who they know and then sometimes you just want them to be good to hang out with. For the best part of twenty years Hentons have provided all these times for me, my business and my family. Looking forward to the next time!
