DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY My Father paid for a LPA to be put in place over 10 years ago. It was only last year we found out that this had not been entered correctly. The person we dealt with originally has since left so Heritage Law has made my father pay again to have the LPA activated. Despite requesting this in August 2024 and paying a second time this has still not happened. One error after another with vague responses and no real understanding of what has gone on. This has been more than painful to deal with. Looks like they are also now rebranding which may be to avoid the bad reputation of the original company name. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
