One hour wait and in the end you cut the call. Thank you for resolving my issue with emergency tax code which you never did. I'm happy to pay taxes especially for this marvellous customer service you provide.
I Emailed 3 times, i call 3 times and was put on hold and waited 45 min to 1 hour each call for nothing. Im sure if it was for a payment the service would be different.
Waited an hour plus to get through the customer service assistant, only for him to be so cold and lacked empathy. He hung up on me as I was talking, I feel so angry for the time wasted waiting. He does need to be working in that department. Unfortunately, I don’t have his name.
Literally drained my battery from 100% to 10% by being on hold absolute ridiculous!!! Hey hmrc don't come and ask for income tax if you ain't picking up am keeping log of all communication
