I went through the process of buying a flat. The estate agents recommend a particular member of staff within Holmes & Hills. Was slightly nervous as this was uncharted territory for me. The staff member put me at ease on my first visit. The information she offered was priceless. Her assistance was 100% spot on. If ever I go through this again, I will definitely be using H&H solicitors. Brilliant and so helpful. 👌 I will be recommending this company to anyone who asks or is just looking. Working with a solicitor as proactive and communicative as Holmes & Hills has got to be the most positive part of my recent house sale and purchase experience, second only to actually being in my new home! Cherie, who lead my case, along with Angela and Bryony provided a service far beyond my expectations with their high standards and always being ten steps ahead while always replying promptly to my queries, communicating clearly and simply to someone (me) who doesn't live this process every day. It is always stressful to instruct a solicitor to trust with your process with the worry you will constantly have to chase them for updates, however Holmes & Hills never gave me reason to chase and were always working hard on progressing my case while I focused on all of the other stresses that come with moving house. I highly recommend Holmes & Hills and although I hope to not need to instruct them any time soon, if the day comes that I do move house again, I will definitely be reaching out to Cherie and the team.
