One Star - Beware! My personal experience with James at Horsham Family Lawyers was deeply disappointing and frankly, quite upsetting. What started as a seemingly helpful consultation quickly devolved into feeling manipulated and misled. James presented himself as a supportive family solicitor, but his actions throughout my case demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and, it felt like, a focus solely on his own gain. Promises regarding costs were made that were not kept, and I felt like I was constantly being steered in a direction that benefited him, not me or my family. If you are looking for a family solicitor who is truly on your side and acts with integrity, I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere. My experience with James was stressful and ultimately damaging. I would not recommend his services to anyone.
